The Program

ForgeWell is a structured 12-month development program. The first 4–6 months establish foundations through consistent training, intentional digital discipline, and guided spiritual development. The remaining months reinforce consistency, identity, and leadership.

A Typical Week

Training Rhythm

3 physical training sessions (group and/or individual), scalable to fitness level, plus accountability tracking.

Goal: build discipline, confidence, and stress tolerance.

Focus + Spirit Rhythm

Self-led digital discipline (boundaries + fasting) and daily reflection (5–10 minutes), with group discussions at meetups.

Goal: mental clarity, emotional regulation, and purpose.

Measuring Progress: We track baseline and quarterly self-reported well-being indicators (stress tolerance, self-efficacy, social connection, purpose, and digital habits), alongside attendance and training progress.
