The Program
ForgeWell is a structured 12-month development program. The first 4–6 months establish foundations through consistent training, intentional digital discipline, and guided spiritual development. The remaining months reinforce consistency, identity, and leadership.
Forged Body
Progressive functional strength + endurance. Scalable, coached, and built for confidence and stress tolerance.
Forged Focus
Self-led digital fasting and attention discipline paired with real-world social connection and reflection.
Forged Spirit
Non-denominational spiritual development—purpose, values, gratitude, and connection to a higher power as personally understood.
A Typical Week
Training Rhythm
3 physical training sessions (group and/or individual), scalable to fitness level, plus accountability tracking.
Goal: build discipline, confidence, and stress tolerance.
Focus + Spirit Rhythm
Self-led digital discipline (boundaries + fasting) and daily reflection (5–10 minutes), with group discussions at meetups.
Goal: mental clarity, emotional regulation, and purpose.
